Companies in the German wood industry generate annual sales of around euro 35 billion. This is only one of the figures that the HDH reports on to its members and the interested public regularly. For its economic analyses, the main association maintains extensive databases, from which detailed information on the development of individual sectors and for assessing the current and further development of german markets and foreign markets is acquired. This statistical data is presented clearly in a monthly newsletter.
